Duties and Responsibilities:

· Monitor operating conditions of plating baths and record data in excel daily and in some cases hourly.

· Process parts in finishing baths

· Observe all Safety Practices, Company Policies, & Quality Management Procedures related to department function.

· Follow all procedures as outlined in detailed work instructions or flow charts

Skills and Knowledge:

· Working knowledge of the following:

o Basic computer skills

o Interest in chemistry a plus

o Desire to complete work to achieve a good, finished product.

o Display the ability to work as a team player with an excellent work ethic

o Must be capable of lifting and transporting materials & production parts weighing up to 50 pounds during a daily work shift.

Education and Qualifications:

· High School Degree or Higher desired.

· Must be reliable and eager to learn how to provide good product consistently.

· Previous work experience in a plating environment is a plus but not required.

· Desire to be an integral part of a team in a small company family environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
